Terms of agreement

  1. Shipments are made after your credit card is verified or your check has cleared.

  2. Shipping and handling costs will be added to the invoice.
  3. All wines must be shipped to a DAYTIME shipping address, and require an adult signature.
  4. Purchaser assumes ownership of the wine in Idaho.
  5. There may be times during the cold of winter and heat of the summer when the shipping is delayed to prevent temperature damage.
  6. Presently about 20 states do not permit wine to be shipped to its residents.  We will advise you by phone if you reside in one of those states.

All wines will be shipped in approved bottle shippers. Broken bottles that are verified through the appropriate parcel company will be replaced.
