This wine was not oaked and has been produced with a clean, crisp, slight hint of citrus to its finish. The aroma is floral. Pinot Gris, also called Pinot Grigio in Italy, is an excellent match with seafood, light pasta dishes featuring an herbed cream or butter sauce. The grapes are from the Snipes Gap Vineyard at Prosser, WA.
Pairs well with pasta, shell fish, grilled chicken and salmon. |

Our Chardonnay is smooth and fruity with a hint of Bartlett pear. Light oaking in American Oak does not cover up the good fruit tastes and smells.
