SARAH’S BLUSH - $12.00 |
This alternative to White Zinfandel is lightly sweet and easy drinking. Middle of the road in sweetness with 3% residual sugar. Made from Lemberger grapes grown at the Champoux Vineyards at Paterson, WA.
Pairs well with ham as it adds sweetness, balancing the salt. |

HOG HEAVEN RED - $12.00 |
Named after the original name of Moscow, Idaho this dark Rosé wine is made to be served chilled. Originally made from a blend of red grape wine and Lewiston, Idaho cherry wine. The current version is made from the Lemberger grape and an all-natural cherry extract. With 2.5% residual sugar and its hint of cherry, the wine is wonderful by itself or with hot spicy food where the slight bit of sweetness gives a nice cooling effect to the meal. |

WHITE RIESLING - $12.00 |
Made in a refreshing light German Piesporter style. You will taste a hint of green apple. With 3% residual sugar and a hint of citrus tartness, the wine is extremely versatile, going well with all types of light meals or alone by-the-glass. White Riesling happens to be the actual name of the grape variety used to produce wines labeled as Johannisburg Rieslings. The grapes come from the Coventry Vale Vineyard at Prosser, WA. |

EWE EYE WHITE - GEWURZTRAMINER - $12.00 |
The label is a parody on the state institution of higher learning (University of Idaho or UI). Ewe Eye is a deliciously fruity Gewurztraminer, a cousin of Riesling that is less tart with tones of grapefruit. Pairs great with pork roast, chicken, fish, mild cheeses and fresh fruit.
